Our Story

Founded by Chef Elena Marchand in 2019, Ember & Oak was born from a passion for live-fire cooking and the belief that the best meals come from the simplest, freshest ingredients.

Our open kitchen features a custom-built wood-fired grill and hearth, where every dish is kissed by flame. We source exclusively from local farms and foragers, ensuring each plate tells the story of the season.
